Welcome to the Sadhana space. I’d like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, and pay my respects to their Elders past and present.
This is a safe space for ALL people, cultures, abilities, identities and genders. The goal of Sadhana Yoga is to make Yoga accessible to communities far and wide. Let me say it loud and clear: Yoga is for everyone!
Throughout my years as a practitioner and teacher, I noticed that the yoga community today specifically caters to a small niche in society, and does not represent an inclusive environment for all kinds of people to thrive. This is why I started Sadhana Yoga. A place where you can learn about yoga without all of the social expectations and stereotypes looming, whilst trying to focus on your down dog alignment!
Sadhana (pronounced Sardth-ana) is a Sanskrit word that translates to Daily Spiritual Practice. It’s the things that you do daily to connect with yourself and understand who you truly are. Things like meditation, movement, breath-work, prayer, tarot and affirmations etc.
That which we seek is usually within us…. and so by creating a practice that allows connection with your inner self and helps strengthen your intuition, you will live a life more full and content. The more authentically we can live, the more empowered we become.
